Some experts are forecasting an increase in supply nationally over the next 5 years. While this will not push pricing down immediately, we may feel some relief from the market forces of the past few years over the long-term.

HousingWire predicts that, like most years, the Presidential Election will have little impact on the market- unless the political climate deteriorates even further.
