Hailing from Putnam County, Aaron is a creative at heart, having spent his career at top new development marketing firms in NYC overseeing branding, marketing, and advertising campaigns for top-selling buildings throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. He now leads the team’s marketing, advertising, and design efforts, whether it’s writing listing descriptions, managing photoshoots, or designing eye-catching email campaigns.

Prior to joining Compass, Aaron held marketing and design positions at top new development marketing and sales firms in New York City. During his time, he was an integral part of the launch and sell out of numerous condominium projects throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Raised by a family of entrepreneurs dedicated to helping others, Aaron spent his life developing his customer service skills- from working in restaurants as a teenager to house management roles in world-renowned performance venues. Aaron’s focus is on helping his clients make the most informed decisions, no matter how big or small.
A native of Mahopac, New York, he currently lives in Riverdale, one of his favorite areas of the city. Aaron holds a Master of Arts in entrepreneurship from Purchase College. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, fine art, theater, and exploring the varied culinary destinations of New York City.

Geoffrey was born in New York and raised in the 6th borough of NYC, South Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the conservatory of theatre arts at Purchase College and an MBA in finance from Long Island University. Geoffrey currently lives in Riverdale, his favorite area of the city, with Aaron, his husband.
