• Laundry & Drainage:
  • Houses: Test your sump pump by pouring a bucket of water into the pit to ensure it triggers correctly.
  • Apartments: Clean your dryer lint traps and vent connections to prevent fire hazards and keep your drying times short.
• If you have a balcony or a private terrace, make sure the drains aren’t clogged with leftover ice or salt. Pooling water can seep under the door saddle and ruin your hardwood floors!
